What if I have questions regarding this transition and how it affects me?
Contact your McKesson Laboratory Solutions Account Manager with any questions you may have.
Do I use my LABSCO.com login and password to login to McKesson SupplyManager℠?
Yes. You will use your LABSCO.com login and password the first time you log in to McKesson SupplyManager. You will be prompted to create a new ID and password during the SupplyManager setup process.
Will my shopping lists from LABSCO.com be transferred to McKesson SupplyManager?
Yes. Once logged into SupplyManager, use the List menu to find your saved shopping lists.
Will my LABSCO.com order history and invoices be available on McKesson SupplyManager?
You may continue to access LABSCO.com to review your past orders and invoices through the My Orders and My Invoices Menu.

Before your transition, continue to reach out to your LABSCO.com Support Team at 844-8MMSLABS (844-866-7522).
After your transition, reach out to the McKesson SupplyManager Help Desk at 800.422.0280, option 1.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. SupplyManager offers a full view of your current order status. You will have visibility to open orders, backorders, invoices and order tracking data with proof of delivery. After the transition, you will still have access to LABSCO.com to track previous orders, view invoices and run reports.
Will the item numbers I use to order product change?
Yes, McKesson SupplyManager will make it easy to find your LABSCO.com items. Simply enter the LABSCO.com item number into the search field or the shopping list and SupplyManager will display the cross-referenced McKesson item.
Will I be able to see if the product I want is available?
Yes. You will be able to see the item stock status for each item in the catalog and in your shopping lists and cart. Once you add the item to your cart, SupplyManager will notify you if there are any items that may be delayed or ship from another distribution center.
Will I be able to add notes to my order to request a certain lot, ask that my order be expedited, or provide delivery recommendations?
Please call Customer Service at 844-8MMSLABS (844-866-7522) and let them know directly any special requests you need after your order is placed. Have your McKesson order number ready as a reference.
